Terms of Service
Draft updated September 7, 2026
1. Service and operator
These draft terms apply to the Momento mobile app and vendor web portal operated by Xier Gabriel Mangunay. By creating an account or using Momento, you agree to the final published version of these terms.
2. What Momento provides
Momento provides tools for event vendors to manage events, clients, schedules, contracts, quotations, invoices, payment records, intake forms, reminders, and related business information. Some features require a paid plan, supported device capability, or permission. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and notify Momento if you believe your account has been used without permission. Momento is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Subscriptions and store billing
Paid subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and subscription status is synchronized through RevenueCat. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer available to you. Manage cancellation through the store that sold the subscription. Refund requests are handled under that store’s process and policies.
5. Your content and client information
You remain responsible for event, client, contract, quotation, invoice, payment, form, signature, and other information you add or ask clients to submit. You authorize Momento and its service providers to host and process that information as needed to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis and any permissions needed to enter, upload, process, or share information about clients and other people.
6. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted import can make mistakes. Review all extracted names, dates, times, locations, prices, and notes before saving or relying on them. Submit only images you are permitted to process and omit unrelated sensitive information.
7. Contracts, quotations, invoices, and shared links
Momento supplies business tools and templates, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing documents, prices, taxes, payment records, dates, and terms before using or sharing them and for obtaining professional advice when appropriate. Shared document and intake URLs act as bearer links. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to view, sign, accept, decline, or submit information on that page. You are responsible for choosing recipients and protecting active links.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Momento unlawfully; impersonate another person or business; upload malicious material; interfere with security or availability; probe accounts or documents you do not own; harass others; or use automated access in a way that harms the service or its users.
9. Availability and responsibility
Momento is provided on an “as available” basis. Network services, notifications, AI output, calendar data, and third-party platforms can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Keep independent records needed to run your business and verify time-sensitive information instead of relying only on a notification or generated document.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Momento and cancel a paid subscription through the relevant app store. Account deletion is available in Settings and is irreversible once it completes. Momento may restrict or end access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of the final terms.
11. Governing terms and changes
The final terms will state the governing law, dispute process, warranty terms, and any legally required limitations after review by qualified Philippine counsel. A revised version will show its effective date.
