How much does Momento cost?
Starter is free and includes up to 15 events a month. Growth is ₱449 a month on the Philippine App Store and adds unlimited events, custom booking forms, AI screenshot import, signable contracts, and invoicing. Your app store shows the exact price and renewal terms before you subscribe; the price can differ outside the Philippines.
When does the app launch?
Momento is in public beta on iOS right now. Sign up at momento.ph/beta and the TestFlight install link is emailed to you within minutes. Android and the full App Store release are next.
Who is Momento for?
Filipino event vendors of every kind — photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, decorators, planners and coordinators, makeup artists, DJs and musicians, hosts, photobooth and rental providers, and more.
Do my clients need to download anything?
Clients can review and sign shared contracts in a browser without a Momento account. Invoices can be shared as PDF documents.
Is my data secure?
Your vendor workspace requires sign-in. Anyone with a document link may access that shared document; contract links also allow the recipient to sign. Share links only with intended recipients. Our privacy page explains how data is handled.
Can I bring in bookings I already have over chat?
Yes, two ways. Smart calendar import brings the bookings already on your phone or Google calendar into Momento as events, and sorts real bookings from everything else on your calendar. Growth also includes screenshot import, which drafts booking details from a chat conversation. Either way, review the names, dates, and amounts before saving.
